Medical services are provided by Jimenez Medical Wellness, PLLC, licensed in New York and additional states. Prescription approval is not guaranteed and is subject to clinical evaluation by a licensed provider. If approved, medications are dispensed by licensed United States pharmacies. Some medications offered are compounded by 503A pharmacies and are not FDA-approved; compounded preparations are made for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription.
